Karen & Ben are the proud Australians behind Lavosh – the original. In 1993, making the original Lavosh bread for cheese platters from their small restaurant in Kurrajong NSW, they decided to market their product to chefs around Australia. Still baking Lavosh in traditional methods in Hawkesbury - NSW and displaying unique home baked characteristics, Karen, Ben and their team passionately bring you a new entertaining experience.

This is a seasonal market and the produce advertised will only be available in season.

The Hawkesbury Harvest Farmers' and Fine Food Markets are just what the doctor ordered. An abundance of fresh produce to tempt the taste buds of most hunters and gathers.

Let's begin our journey by succumbing to the tantalizing aroma of freshly ground coffee beans brewing away in the crispy early morning air of the showgrounds. As you sip your coffee you will drawn by the perfumes of the many freshly cut blooms as the flower stalls arrange a vast array of colours and species to suit all occasions.

As you do the rounds it's hard not to be drawn to the amazing variety of fresh herbs and spices available. The crispy baby rockets, extra virgin olive oils, sun dried tomatoes and amazing array of olives and fresh basil.

Willowbrae cheesemaker Karen Borg uses a traditional French farmhouse method to produce a variety of goats cheese sold at the markets by her husband David.

Crunchy sourdough breads, traditional pasta's even the staple family meals like bangers and mash can be accommodated.

The fantastic array of gourmet European sausages and the variety of old fashioned Irish spuds will turn a staple Aussie meal into a Chef's delight !

Enjoy browsing through the stalls of fresh fruit and veges, freshly picked berries, crunchy greens, vine ripened tomatoes, stone fruit and our famous Bilpin apples - even an apple pie or two !

Our markets promote the importance of fresh seasonal produce, sustainable local agriculture, showcasing small business and introduce our many visitors to the wonders of our Region, The Hawkesbury.

Open 9:00am to 5PM daily. Please head to the shop on arrival to pay your entry. Bookings are only required for groups of 20+ people

Here at Canoelands orchard we are aiming to give the public the opportunity to buy direct from the farmer.

We Harvest tomatoes March April May June and July

Stone fruit PYO is all of November, December and early January so we will remain open 7 days during all harvests.

We have, honey, jam and chutney all year round and we offer school excursions and tours all year on bee keeping, farm practices and sustainable farming. We offer function bookings and hosted birthday parties.

Our main produce is nectarines but we also grow plums and peaches.

We currently offer pick your own blueberries, nectarines, plums, peaches and tomatoes.
Citrus from 2019, persimmon from 2019, apples from 2020.

We will let you know as each type of Fruit comes into season, so keep in touch. We start with peaches and nectarines late October, we will have plums around the 20th of November. They are yellow flesh candy plums and our Lewis blood plums come in over Christmas/new year. Please keep up to date as the weather will cause variations in timing.

We will also offer farm tours so you can see how it all happens.

We want you to come and experience the aroma of the fruit and enjoy the background of where it comes from.

We have a stall on the property where we sell our fresh produce and our own honey, jams and chutney. We also have a cafe for lunch and coffee, icecreams and drinks also available. Come and relax, bring a picnic along if you like. If you're looking for a beautiful farm and orchard venue for your wedding or other celebration event, then come and see our farm.
