Located at Peats Ridge, just 40 minutes from Wahroonga, and 1 hour from Newcastle, The Springs is your ultimate lifestyle destination. The Sitting Duck offers fresh produce from farm to plate and The Duck Down creates fabulous bush inspired cocktails. Our executive chef creates meals using the freshest produce, and delivers to our patrons straight from farm to plate.

Here at Canoelands orchard we are aiming to give the public the opportunity to buy direct from the farmer.

We Harvest tomatoes March April May June and July

Stone fruit PYO is all of November, December and early January so we will remain open 7 days during all harvests.

We have, honey, jam and chutney all year round and we offer school excursions and tours all year on bee keeping, farm practices and sustainable farming. We offer function bookings and hosted birthday parties.

Our main produce is nectarines but we also grow plums and peaches.

We currently offer pick your own blueberries, nectarines, plums, peaches and tomatoes.
Citrus from 2019, persimmon from 2019, apples from 2020.

We will let you know as each type of Fruit comes into season, so keep in touch. We start with peaches and nectarines late October, we will have plums around the 20th of November. They are yellow flesh candy plums and our Lewis blood plums come in over Christmas/new year. Please keep up to date as the weather will cause variations in timing.

We will also offer farm tours so you can see how it all happens.

We want you to come and experience the aroma of the fruit and enjoy the background of where it comes from.

We have a stall on the property where we sell our fresh produce and our own honey, jams and chutney. We also have a cafe for lunch and coffee, icecreams and drinks also available. The Silos Restaurant is located on the NSW South Coast, at the Silos Estate vineyards just on the outskirts of picturesque Berry. For those looking to chill there's nothing better than a good book at a quiet spot amongst a picturesque garden setting with a cool drink in hand.

We also have Perch in our farm dams for the keen fisherman.

Meals will be a highlight of your stay with delicious set menu’s including hearty hot breakfasts, sizzling barbecues with crisp salads and in the evening the scent of mouth watering roasts will tantalise your taste buds. BYO drinks.
The children will be overwhelmed with excitement as they head off on the hayride for a real "hands on" farm experience , helping with the farm chores, feeding the livestock and cuddly nursery animals. They'll also milk the cow, bottle feed the calves, feed Chloe the pig and watch our working dog muster the sheep for that old favourite shearing demonstration.

During most weekends and holiday times we run a kids club during the day and the night at a small cost per child allowing you to enjoy a relaxing dinner and more time to enjoy that well deserved break.

Private horse riding lessons are also available at very reasonable rates, advanced bookings are essential. Our farm stay is a slice of real Australia and brings together the best of the farm, bush and life in the country. We will personalise your tours to suit your needs, you can stop and pick your own from our local orchards where you can purchase fresh produce.

You can taste test our fresh goats cheese and wines before you purchase from the producers or you could wander around a vegie farm with the farmer whilst your fresh product is picked.

We offer half day tours and week ends away or you can charter one of our deluxe buses and we will personalise a tour to suit your requirements.

Former packing shed that's now a retail space, cafe and bar producing and selling jams, chutneys and other fine local fare.

Cafe is now open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Selling rustic, quality homemade food using locally sourced ingredients. BYO welcome.
