A boutique wine producer at Wollombi in Hunter Valley Wine Country. Through the unique combination of soil and climate our vineyards produce quite distinctive Hunter style wines, particularly our semillon, verdelho, chardonnay and shiraz. Our wines are available through our Cellar Door in Wollombi village, a select number of restaurants, the internet and our mailing list. We are also part of the Wollombi Valley Wine Trail. Noyce Brothers Sawman Wine Club provides unique benefits to our members including discounts on purchases and access to wines before release to the general public.

Noyce Brothers Cellar Door is in the heart of the Wollombi Village in Hunter Valley Wine Country, located in the historic Grays Inn between the General Store and Panino Café in Wollombi Road. All our wines are available for tasting and purchase. We are very close to the Endeavour Museum, lovely restaurants, galleries, and shops selling gifts and beautiful decorative artefacts.

Our distinctive wines come from a north facing slope in an enclosed and remote valley alongside the Wollombi Brook. Chosen by James Milson in 1823 as ideal grazing pasture for his cattle after the great drought of 1821, this unique valley with its intense summer heat and crisp winter mornings produces a perfect grape with flavours never before tasted in the Lower Hunter Valley of New South Wales.

The Noyce family has been farming this valley for the last forty years. Our aim at Noyce Brothers wines is to explore ways in which technology and tradition can push the boundaries of taste.
All our fruit at Old Byora Vineyard is hand nurtured and computer monitored to ensure picking at the optimum moment.

We infuse our wines with the mutual skills of three brothers, combining the art of a film director with the science of a skilled surgeon and the vision of an internet innovator.

It seems apt that the creek that nourishes our vines is the Wollombi (an aboriginal name for ‘meeting place’) for our convivial wines are destined to be enjoyed amongst friends and family at many a gathering.
