The Hawkesbury Harvest Farmers' and Fine Food Markets are just what the doctor ordered. An abundance of fresh produce to tempt the taste buds of most hunters and gathers.

As you sip your coffee you will drawn by the perfumes of the many freshly cut blooms as the flower stalls arrange a vast array of colours and species to suit all occasions.
As you do the rounds it's hard not to be drawn to the amazing variety of fresh herbs and spices available. The crispy baby rockets, extra virgin olive oils, sun dried tomatoes and amazing array of olives and fresh basil.
Willowbrae cheesemaker Karen Borg uses a traditional French farmhouse method to produce a variety of goats cheese sold at the markets by her husband David.
Crunchy sourdough breads, traditional pasta's even the staple family meals like bangers and mash can be accommodated.
The fantastic array of gourmet European sausages and the variety of old fashioned Irish spuds will turn a staple Aussie meal into a Chef's delight !
Enjoy browsing through the stalls of fresh fruit and veges, freshly picked berries, crunchy greens, vine ripened tomatoes, stone fruit and our famous Bilpin apples - even an apple pie or two !
Our markets promote the importance of fresh seasonal produce, sustainable local agriculture, showcasing small business and introduce our many visitors to the wonders of our Region, The Hawkesbury.
Bilpin Springs Orchard

Bilpin Springs Orchard traditionally sent stonefruit and apples to Flemington Markets. The transition to a purely “Pick Your Own” orchard began 1990 by replanting 12 acres with many blocks of just 100 trees, enabling us to offer you a wide variety of deciduous fruits from late January to June.
These include apples, pears, nashi and quinces; Peaches, plums, persimmon, figs and citrus; and more recently, blueberries.
For updated information on when you can pick fruit, visit our website www.bilpinspringsorchard.com.au or ring the information line 02 4567 1294 before visiting.
Leppington Valley Farm
Leppington Valley Farm is now open
Every Saturday & Sunday while season lasts! (February to April)
Located just 50min South West of Sydney atop a hill which overlooks the northern region of Camden. (Catherine Field, Cobbitty, Oran Park, Narellan & as far as the hills of Razorback/Picton)
It was here some 30 years ago Vittorio and Julia Marando set upon the land to raise a family and grow fruit and vegetables best suited to Italian style cuisine, the likes that were all so familiar back home. (Calabria, South of Italy)
As the years rolled by & their three children grew, (Emanuela, Rocco and Esmeralda) so did the farm. Taking shape to two main crops, Figs & Prickly Pears.
Locals that new us would come (and still do) to buy freshly picked Figs or prickly pears and would occasionally sample Mum’s home made treats, which were regularly eaten by the family as the fruit was packed in the shed ready for morning market.
After many requests by regulars wanting to buy Mum’s treats, in 2008 a professional kitchen along side the packing shed was built and production of our gourmet range had begun. Today all products are still being hand made and supplied to many quality fruit shop's and delicatessens across Sydney.
