Our business was started in 1984 by my parents who immigrated from Durban, South Africa and was originally started as a Bakery making pies, bread rolls and other pastries. I joined the business in 1999 and started to change the business into a spice manufacturer and also making rotis, samoosas and curries. Today 20 years later we now do 6 major food and produce markets and supply most of the South African butchers and Delis in Sydney with our products. We where also lucky enough to been on SBS Food Safaris on the South African episode season 4 episode 5. Our Tandoori has won several awards over the years and is one of the best on the market.
