The Sydney Edible Garden Trail
Visit various edible gardens of backyard growers, community and school gardens across Sydney. Chat with the gardeners and participate in various workshops. A not for profit event with proceeds from ticket sales going to community and school gardens in the form of grants.
The Sydney Edible Garden Trail, is a celebration of the many ways that Sydney residents are creating food security and building self-reliance, saving money and the environment, while enjoying the health benefits of homegrown fruit and veg.
Join us on 20 and 21 March 2021 to discover the edible gardens of backyard growers, community and school gardens across Sydney.
For two days only, gardeners will open their gardens to the public for the Sydney Edible Garden Trail and share their passion and knowledge.
A multitude of gardens feature in the trail, from private gardens to school and community gardens generally located in suburbs north of Parramatta River (e.g. Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Willoughby, Hunters Hill, Ryde, Hornsby, North Sydney, Mosman, Northern Beaches Councils and surrounding areas.
