Greater Sydney primary producers are invited to a free workshop to hear about grazing management for drought resilience.

About this Event

Facilitated by farmer and educator Brian Wehlburg, participants will gain an introduction to holistic management, planned grazing and the strategies that can help build resilience for drought, thereby providing environmental benefits.

This workshop will also assist any growers who wish to utilise animals as a tool to build soil health into their farming system.

• Principles of holistic management

• Feed budgeting

• Preparing a grazing plan

• Ecological monitoring approaches

Attendees are encouraged to bring their grazing plans, monitoring information and questions.

This free event is being run by Greater Sydney Local Land Services through funding from the Australian Government's National Landcare Program.
