At Native Kitchen and Bar we network with small sustainable providers to create a seasonal cuisine that is kind to our bodies, our earth and our providers.
We wholeheartedly believe in and pursue organic and bio-dynamic practises. working closely with our farmers we plan our menu to develop produce driven concepts that constantly push the boundary of flavour and experience. It is our inspiration to see our ideas sprout from seed to plate.
To better educate ourselves and our staff in sustainable agriculture our team has the opportunity to partake inn a weekly routine of agricultural training and practical involvement on the farm.
