Zokoko is a bean to bar chocolate maker using traditional artisan methods.
Pure origin chocolate bars, truffles, confections and Morgan’s Coffee are available from the espresso bar.
Take a journey with Zokoko and discover the delights of the pure cacao experience.
Pure Origin Chocolate is, as the name implies, made from beans from one region, sometimes even the one grower.
Cocoa beans are infused with the characteristics of the soil in which they are grown. The way the beans are fermented, dried and processed all influence the final flavour profile.
Our micro batch sized production allows us to work with these flavour influences to unlock the potential within each bean.
Our fruit stall is open most days, and during our picking season, offers the best tasting avocados around, and other seasonal fruits fresh picked. Tours/talks can be arranged by appointment ONLY.
We are a small second generation citrus farm, and have branched out into Hass avocado production. We have been growing avocados for approx. 27 years, and the citrus trees are about 45+ years old. We have 4 beautiful spring fed dams on the property and our farm is also home to a small beef cattle herd, some geese and chickens.
We're about 13.5km from the intersection of the Central Coast Highway and Wisemans Ferry Rd at Kariong. We have approximately 2000 Hass avocado trees and about the same in a mix of Navel and Valencia oranges. Our peak production periods for avocadoes are from October through to January, Navel (winter) oranges are available from June until September and Valencia (summer) oranges are available from October/November.

Nestled in the hills just outside of the country town of Picton, is the family owned and run “Cedar Creek Orchard” which was purchased in 1937 and now has its 4th generation working on the family farm.
The Silm family began planting apple trees here in 1941 after Mr. Silm (Snr.) and young Ron Silm found that apples were good feed for the poultry they were breeding.
The orchard began to diversify into stonefruit in the 1980’s, when Ron’s two sons joined the business, and the season was further extended during the 1990’s with plantings of Persimmons.
Today, the orchard is run by Mark & Lynelle Silm, and their eldest son, Damien (4th generation). It has approximately 23,000 trees – the produce of which is sold through both the domestic and export market as well as local Produce Markets and from the shed door & occasional Pick Your Own days.
Shed sales, directly to the public, begin in November with nectarines, (yellow & white) then peaches, (white only) available through to the end of January.
This is followed by apples from end of Jan to May, and then finally persimmons from April to June.
The varieties of persimmons we have are Makawa Jiro & Fuyu, which are new, non-astringent types – i.e. can be eaten when still hard, just like an apple. It’s quite a sweet fruit, and is extremely popular amongst the Asian population.
We are especially proud, also, of our “Cedar Creek Black Label Apple Juice” which is a pure 100% apple juice with no preservatives, no sugar and no added water. The apples are crushed right here on our farm and the bottling is also done in our own bottling plant on the farm.
We have been making apple juice for over 30 years, and have developed this unique, exceptionally tasting apple juice, which is made all year round. People always comment “it actually tastes like apples”.

At Sun Masamune we combine pure water, experience and state of the art technology with the high quality Australian medium grain Japonica rice from Murrumbidgee and Murray River Basins to produce the finest sake.
Sake is a unique beverage good in both hot and cold. You will be able to enjoy your sake either hot or cold by adjusting the temperature depends on the season, the occasion or the menu. The modern high grade sakes are nearly always enjoyed slightly chilled.
Sake is brewed like a beer, but it is served enjoyed like a fine wine. Sake is frequently used for cooking and as part of key ingredients for Japanese recipes.
The complexity and flavour profile of sake enhances food flavour by cleansing the palate and sensitising taste. Sake matches very well with Japanese foods which attach importance to balance and harmony of taste. Goes also well with all seafood, fried or barbecued food and other Asian/spicy fusion cuisine. Sake is also used by athletes for massage as well as cosmetics because it helps to keep the skin well moisturized.

Wildwood is a garden in Bilpin which has been developing for more than 30 years due to the efforts & skills of Wayne & Sue Tapping who bought the land in the early eighties.
They chose the name Wildwood as their plan was to make a formal garden without losing the wildness of the native landscape. They have decided that the property has now got to the stage that it should be available for everyone to appreciate.
Situated in the heart of Bilpin amid the orchards & tall trees of the Blue Mountains it is a large garden many would love to explore.
It is not just a place to wander in and enjoy the plantings as it has a café with fabulous views, a gift shop & specialist nursery with treasures propogated from plants in the garden.
There is a cherry walk, dogwoods & other blossom trees, camellias, azaleas, massed clivia, & hellebore, hydrangea, deciduous trees that are spectacular in autumn & ferns that surround a magnificent waterfall with ponds.
There is also a large lake surrounded by lawns & topiary where you can picnic. It has sweeping views, deep volcanic soil, bore water & is a delightful place to visit at any time of year.
They began this garden more than 30 years ago & also opened a retail nursery at nearby North Richmond. The Nursery closed in 2010, allowing the couple to pursue their dream of an open garden with gift shop, nursery & café.
This 5 hectare garden nestles among 10ha of towering native trees. It is set on a gentle slope with broad, crushed granite paths that meander beside a waterfall & ponds then beneath the trees & across sweeping lawns to a tranquil lake. Seats are scattered throughout to encourage visitors to relax & enjoy the atmosphere.
Wildwood’s café serve morning & afternoon teas, snacks & light lunches with delicious sandwiches, salads, cakes, pastries & season specials. There is a selection of homemade goodies which are scrumptious but be sure not to miss out on the Wildwood’s very own homemade apple pie – it is just so delicious. Enjoy a panoramic view over the garden from the café verandah. Visitors are also welcome to picnic by the lake.
The Gift shop and nursery is well stocked with appealing gift ware & local products. The nursery has a range of plants, many of which are propagated from those which are growing in the garden including some rare & unusual finds. You are sure to find something special here

Ford’s Farm is a Pick Your Own citrus orchard specialising in Mandarins. Our first mandarin of the season is the Satsuma, a seedless variety, easy to peel, full of juice and very popular with children. This year the trees are breaking under the strain of the fruit. The Imperials will also be ready, but improve the longer left on the tree and will be at their best in June.
Ford’s Farm is nestled on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, 15 minutes from Wiseman’s Ferry. The citrus orchard was established over 50 years ago by the Ford family (some original trees still produce fruit – the Emperor Mandarins). It has been a Pick Your Own orchard for over 12 years and has developed with help from our customers.
We open every weekend and public holidays from 10am to 4pm until all the fruit has gone. We expect our season to commence late May 2017.
Unfortunately due to heavy traffic in the area and the condition of the roads we can no longer cater for large coaches. Small buses are welcome on weekends as long as a booking is made.
We cater for International Tour Groups who wish to visit the farm for educational purposes outside the season. Phone for more information on these tours.
We look forward to welcoming visitors to pick mandarins, oranges, lemons, limes and in July cumquats.
There is an entry fee of $5.00 per car, thereafter you only pay $2.00 per kg for what you pick.
We have a picnic area set aside for you to sit and enjoy the quiet bush surroundings. Take a stroll through the orchard to visit and feed our sheep once you have had your picnic.

Jubilee Vineyard Estate is located on Tizzana Lagoon, near the Hawkesbury River, within a unique, picturesque valley that is reminiscent of Europe.
The famous Italian surgeon, Dr Thomas Fiaschi, impressed with the geography and soil of the area, purchased 250 acres of land at "Sackville Reach" and commenced establishing his famous 55 acre vineyards and sandstone winery in 1885.
He called it "Tizzana" as it reminded him of his village on the outskirts of Florence, Italy.
By 1889 "Tizzana" was producing 9,600 gallons of wine, and employing up to 100 people at it's peak production. The vineyards flourished and quickly gained a reputation for producing very fine, award winning wines. Its wines were transported to Sydney via the Hawkesbury River system, and sold from within the famous "Fiaschi Wine Bar" in Little George Street, Sydney.
After destruction by bushfire in the 1950s, the property was later subdivided.
"Jubilee Vineyard Estate" was re-established directly in front of Tizzana Winery in 2001, and was named after one of Dr Fiaschi's original Tizzana vineyards.
The 27 acre property is located just over an hours drive from the centre of Sydney.

Wollondilly is a popular destination for visitors, yet the name is often unfamiliar until memories stir with the mention of more prominent features such as Razorback Range and Burragorang Valley or towns like Picton, Appin and Warragamba.
Wollondilly, on the south western outskirts of Sydney and at the foothills of the Southern Highlands, is surrounded by spectacular, natural beauty and rural pastures. It's 2,560 square kilometres stretch from Bargo in the south, Appin and Menangle in the east, Warragamba in the north with the Nattai wilderness, Yerranderie Ghost Town and Burragorang Valley to the west.
The district is rich in aboriginal and European history. The earliest known inhabitants of the district were the natives of the Gundangurra Tribe, who gave the area its name. The word Wollondilly is attributed to having three meanings, including:
"A place where spirits dwell" and "Water trickling over rocks"
The third meaning is connected to a legend about the burning black coal that was carried inside the skull of a bunyip, within a basket woven of waratah stems. "Worron" means black coal and "dilly" means carry basket.
You can take the Wollondilly Harvest Experience and enjoy the fruits of the region.

Stretching from North Parramatta to historic Wisemans Ferry on the Hawkesbury River is Sydney's Hills District where you'll discover the mystique of colonial history mixed with cosmopolitan life. Wisemans Ferry is a serene river town set beneath towering cliffs of Hawkesbury sandstone. The ferry master still operates the punt 24 hours a day for vehicles to cross the Hawkesbury River - a time honoured tradition since 1827. Picnic on the riverbanks, take coffee around a ?replace or shoot a round of golf against this charming backdrop. No trip to this rural hamlet is complete without a walk on the convict built Great North Road.
With over 600 events happening annually, there's always a market, event or festival happening in the Sydney Hills District. From family fairs to performing arts, from music to cultural celebrations, there's bound to be an event to entertain the whole family.
The villages of Annangrove, Glenorie, Kenthurst and Dural hide a myriad of fruit orchards, hobby farms, antique and craft stalls. With over 60 nurseries in the area, this really is gardeners' heaven. Break your day with a meal amongst the spring scents at one of the many garden cafes and restaurants.
All this gives way to the modern amenities and vibrant events of Castle Hill. The Hills District is now a cosmopolitan hub with acclaimed shopping and entertainment precincts. A smorgasbord of quality restaurants and cafes cover the region. The leafy streets border open bushland and the area hosts Sydney's only State Forest.
